Valentines Property Maintenance
Ltd has been established since 1987, steered by Managing
Director Alan Gillespie the company has grown through a reputation
for delivering services of the highest standard and listening
and adapting to the requirements of our clients.
Operating from our Brighton headquarters Valentines Property
Maintenance Ltd comprises two divisions Property Maintenance
and Contract Works.
The Property Maintenance Division is managed by the works
manager and is responsible for Day-to-Day repairs orders received
and processed by the repairs desk staff. Maintenance work
of this nature is usually undertaken via a schedule of rates
or a term partnering contract on behalf of our Local Authority
and Housing Association clients, this division also deals
with works of a smaller nature on behalf of our private clients.
