Valentines Property Maintenance Ltd recognise that there is a duty to promote a positive attitude towards environmental issues and as such we will, where viable and with the clients agreement, source materials and products from a sustainable source which were possible is either re-usable or recyclable on completion of its life cycle.
Materials are sourced locally in conjunction with our partner trade suppliers further supporting sustainable employment and business. All waste material collected in conjunction with our schemes is sorted and sent for recycling with very little going to landfill.

Recycling and the reuse of materials is not just confined to our site work, office paperwork is shredded, aluminium cans and plastic bottles are collected and sent for recycling as is computer equipment such as printer cartridges etc.
Wherever practical we seek to reduce energy consumption both within our office environment and on site, we are currently investigating with the manufacturer of our vans the possibility of converting them to run on Bio Diesel fuel.
